※ Exchange/return cost
 - Return shipping fee (one way): 4,000 won (8,000 won charged if initial shipping fee is not paid)
 - Exchange shipping fee (round trip): 8,000 won.

※ Exchange/return period
 - Change of mind: Within 7 days from the delivery date. (customer pays for return shipping fee)
 - In case of difference from display/advertisement or performance different from contract contents: Within 3 months after receiving the product or within 30 days from the date of learning of difference from display/advertisement. (ChatMall pays for return shipping fee)

※ Cases where exchange/return is not possible.
 - If the exchange/return request period has passed.
 - If the product is lost/damaged/corrupted due to a reason attributable to the consumer (excluding damage to packaging for confirmation).
 - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the consumer's use/consumption. (e.g. food, cosmetics, perfume, etc.)
 - If the product has been installed or installed or opened. (e.g. home appliances, digital products, etc.)
