[User Agreement]

Article 1 (Purpose) 
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and users in using the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by ChatMall Internet Shopping Mall operated by Narosu Co., Ltd. (e-commerce business operator). 

Article 2 (Definitions) 
①“ChatMall” refers to an Internet shopping mall established to enable users to trade goods, etc. by using information and communication equipment such as computers in order to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “Goods, etc.”) to users.
②“User” refers to members and non-members who access the Service and receive services provided by the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
③“Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Service, continuously receives information about the Service, and can continuously use the services provided by the Service. 
④“Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Service without registering as a member. 

Article 3 (Specification, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.) 
①The service shall post the contents of these terms and conditions, the name and representative name, address of the business location (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, password, email address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, personal information management officer, etc. on the initial service screen (front) of the ChatMall cyber mall so that users can easily see them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions may be made available for users to view through a link screen. 
②Before users agree to the terms and conditions, important contents such as cancellation of subscription, delivery responsibility, refund conditions, etc., among the contents stipulated in the terms and conditions, must be provided separately through a link screen or pop-up screen, etc., to obtain the user's confirmation so that the user can understand them. 
③The service may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. 
④ In the event that the service revises the terms and conditions, the effective date and reason for revision will be clearly stated and the current terms and conditions will be posted on the mall's home screen from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date. However, in the event that the terms and conditions are changed to the disadvantage of the user, a notice will be given at least 30 days in advance. In this case, "Mall" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision and displays them so that users can easily understand them. 
⑤ If the service revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will only apply to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the terms and conditions before the revision will be applied to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract wishes to be subject to the revised terms and conditions and sends a notice to the service within the notice period for the revised terms and conditions under Paragraph 3 and receives the service's consent, the revised terms and conditions will be applied. 
⑥ Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws and regulations or customary practices. 

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services) 
① The service performs the following tasks: 
1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts 
2. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded 3. Other tasks determined by the service

② The service performs the following tasks: In the event of a shortage of goods or changes in technical specifications, etc., the content of goods or services to be provided under a contract to be concluded may be changed. In this case, the content of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be immediately notified in the place where the content of the current goods or services is posted. 
③ In the event that the content of the service that the service has contracted to provide to the user is changed due to reasons such as the shortage of goods, etc. or changes in technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user at a notifiable address. 
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the service shall compensate for any damages incurred by the user as a result. However, this shall not apply if the service proves that there was no intent or negligence. 

Article 5 (Service Interruption) 
① The service may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. 
② The service shall compensate for any damages incurred by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of the provision of services for the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the service proves that there was no intent or negligence. 
③ In the event that the service cannot be provided due to reasons such as change in business type, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, the service shall notify the user in the manner specified in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions initially presented in the service. However, if the service does not notify the compensation criteria, etc., the mileage or accumulated points, etc. of the users shall be paid to the user in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the service. 

Article 6 (Membership Registration) 
① The user shall apply for membership by filling in the membership information according to the registration form specified by the service and expressing his/her intention to agree to these terms and conditions. 
② The service shall register as a member the user who has applied for membership as per Paragraph 1, unless he/she falls under any of the following items: 
1. If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions, however, this shall not apply if the applicant has lost membership qualifications pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 and has obtained the service's approval for re-registration as a member after 3 years have passed.
2. If there is any false, omitted, or incorrect information in the registration.
3. If it is determined that registering as a member significantly interferes with the technology of the service.
③The time of establishment of the membership contract is when the service's approval reaches the member. 
④If there is a change in the registration information pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member must immediately notify the service of the change via e-mail or other means. 

Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.) 
①Members may request withdrawal from the service at any time, and the service will immediately process the withdrawal. 
②If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the service may restrict or suspend the member's qualification. 
1. If false information is registered when applying for membership 
2. If the member does not pay the price of goods purchased using the service or other debts related to the use of the service by the due date 
3. If the member threatens the order of e-commerce by interfering with another person's use of the service or stealing information 
4. If the member uses the service to commit an act prohibited by law or these terms and conditions or against public order and morals 
③ If the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after the service restricts or suspends the member's qualification, the service may revoke the member's qualification. 
④ If the service revoke the member's qualification, the member's registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified and given at least 30 days to explain before the cancellation of the member's registration. 

Article 8 (Notice to Members) 
① If the service notifies the member, it may do so by sending an e-mail to the address the member has agreed upon with the service in advance. 
② In the case of notification to an unspecified number of members, the service may substitute individual notification by posting on the service bulletin board for more than one week. However, individual notification will be made for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transactions. 

Article 9 (Purchase Application) 
Service users may apply for purchases on the service using the following or similar methods, and the service must provide the following information in an easily understandable manner when users apply for purchases. However, in the case of members, the application of items 2 through 4 may be excluded. 
1. Search and select goods, etc. 
2. Enter name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc. 
3. Confirm terms and conditions, services with limited right of cancellation, delivery fee, installation fee, etc. 
4. Agree to these terms and conditions and confirm or reject the matters in item 3 above (e.g., mouse click) 
5. Purchase application for goods, etc. and confirmation thereof or consent to confirmation of service 
6. Payment method selection 

Article 10 (Establishment of contract) 
① The service may not accept purchase applications such as Article 9 in the following cases. However, in the case of entering into a contract with a minor, the minor or the legal representative must be notified that the contract may be canceled if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained. 
1. If there is any false information, omission, or error in the application 
2. If a minor purchases goods or services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol 
3. If it is determined that accepting other purchase applications significantly hinders the service technology 
② The contract is deemed to have been established when the service's acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1. 
③ The service's expression of intent to accept must include information such as confirmation of the user's purchase application, whether the product is available for sale, correction or cancellation of the purchase application, etc. 

Article 11 (Payment Method) 
Payment for goods or services purchased through the service can be made using any of the available methods listed below. However, the service cannot collect any additional fees under any name for the user's payment method. 
1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking 
2. Payment using points paid by the service

Article 12 (Confirmation of receipt, change and cancellation of purchase application) 
① In the event of a purchase application by a user, the service shall send a confirmation of receipt to the user. 
② In the event of a discrepancy in the expression of intent, etc., the user who has received the confirmation of receipt may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application immediately after receiving the confirmation of receipt, and the service shall process the request without delay if the user requests it before delivery. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 on withdrawal of subscription, etc. shall apply. 

Article 13 (Supply of goods, etc.) 
① Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of the supply of goods, etc., the service shall take necessary measures such as custom manufacturing, packaging, etc. so that the goods, etc. can be delivered within 7 days from the date the user made the application. However, if the service has already received all or part of the payment for the goods, etc., the service shall take measures within 2 business days from the date of receipt of all or part of the payment. In this case, the service shall take appropriate measures so that the user can check the supply procedure and progress of the goods, etc. 
② The service specifies the delivery method, the party responsible for the delivery cost for each method, and the delivery period for each method for the goods purchased by the user. If the service exceeds the agreed delivery period, the service must compensate the user for any damages incurred as a result. However, this does not apply if the service proves that there was no intent or negligence. 

Article 14 (Refund) 
If the service cannot deliver or provide the goods, etc. that the user requested to purchase due to reasons such as out of stock, the service shall promptly notify the user of the reason and, if the payment for the goods, etc. was received in advance, refund the payment within 3 business days from the date of receipt or take necessary measures for refund. 

Article 15 (Cancellation of subscription, etc.) 
① Users who have entered into a contract for the purchase of the service and goods, etc. may cancel the subscription within 7 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of receipt. 
② Users who have received the goods, etc. cannot return or exchange them if any of the following applies. 
1. If the goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user (however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged in order to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription may be cancelled) 
2. If the value of the goods, etc. is significantly reduced due to the use or partial consumption of the user 
3. If the value of the goods, etc. is significantly reduced to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time 
4. If the goods, etc. can be duplicated with goods, etc. having the same performance, if the packaging of the original goods, etc. is damaged 
③ In the case of subparagraphs 2 through 4 of paragraph 2, if the service does not take measures such as indicating in advance in a place where the consumer can easily see that subscription cancellation, etc. is restricted or providing trial products, the user's subscription cancellation, etc. is not restricted. 
④ Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the displayed or advertised contents or are performed differently from the contractual contents, the user may cancel the subscription, etc. within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date the user learned or could have learned of the fact.

Article 16 (Effect of Cancellation of Subscription, etc.)
① In the event that the service receives a return of goods, etc. from the user, the service shall refund the payment already made for the goods, etc. within 3 business days. In this case, if the service delays the refund of the goods, etc. to the user, the service shall pay the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission by the delay period. 
② In refunding the above amount, if the user paid the price of the goods, etc. by a payment method such as a bank transfer, the service shall request the business operator who provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the claim for the price of the goods, etc. without delay. 
③ In the event of cancellation of subscription, etc., the user shall bear the cost required to return the goods, etc. supplied. The service shall not claim a penalty or compensation for damages from the user due to cancellation of subscription, etc. However, if the content of the goods, etc. is different from the content of the display or advertisement or is performed differently from the contractual content, the service shall bear the cost required to return the goods, etc. 
④ In cases where the user pays for the shipping cost when receiving goods, etc., the service clearly indicates who will bear the cost when the subscription is canceled so that the user can easily understand. 

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)
① When collecting user information, the service collects the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract. The following items are mandatory, and other items are optional. 1. Name 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Desired ID 5. Password 6. Email address 
② When the service collects personally identifiable information of the user, the user's consent must be obtained. 
③ The provided personal information cannot be used for purposes other than the intended purpose or provided to a third party without the user's consent, and the service assumes all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions. 
1. When the delivery company is informed of the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) necessary for delivery. 
2. When necessary for compiling statistics, academic research, or market research, and provided in a form that does not identify a specific individual. 
3. When necessary for payment settlement for transactions of goods, etc. 
4. When necessary for identity verification to prevent theft. 
5. When there is an unavoidable reason required by law or by law. 
④When the service must obtain the user's consent in accordance with Paragraphs 2 and 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name, phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision, and content of information to be provided), etc. as stipulated in Article 22 Paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc. must be specified or notified in advance, and the user may withdraw this consent at any time. 
⑤The user may request to view or correct errors in his/her personal information held by the service at any time, and the service is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. When the user requests correction of an error, the service will not use the relevant personal information until the error is corrected. 
⑥The service shall limit the number of administrators to protect personal information and shall be fully responsible for any damages suffered by users due to loss, theft, leakage, alteration, etc. of personal information of users, including credit cards, bank accounts, etc. 
⑦The service or a third party that has received personal information from it shall destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or providing the personal information has been achieved. 

Article 18 (Obligations of the service) 
①The service shall not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these terms and conditions or against public morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
②The service shall have a security system to protect the personal information (including credit information) of users so that users can safely use the Internet service. 
③The service shall be responsible for compensating users for damages incurred by users due to unfair labeling or advertising acts as defined in Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising. 
④The service shall not send commercial e-mails for advertising purposes that users do not want. 

Article 19 (Member's Obligations Regarding ID and Password) 
① Except for the cases in Article 17, the member is responsible for managing the ID and password. 
② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password. 
③ If a member becomes aware that his or her ID and password have been stolen or is being used by a third party, he or she must immediately notify the service and follow the service's instructions, if any. 

Article 20 (User's Obligations) 
Users must not commit the following acts: 
1. Registering false information when applying or changing 
2. Stealing other people's information 
3. Changing information posted on the service 
4. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information specified by the service 
5. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the service or other third parties, such as copyrights 
6. Acts that damage the reputation of the service or other third parties or interfere with business 
7. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that violates public order and morals on the mall.

Article 21 (Relationship between Connected Service and Connected Service) 
① When an upper service and a lower service are connected by a method such as a hyperlink (e.g., the target of a hyperlink includes text, images, and moving images), the former is called a connected service (website) and the latter is called a connected service (website). 
② When a connected service clearly states on the initial screen of the connected service or a pop-up screen at the time of connection that it does not assume warranty responsibility for transactions between users and goods, etc. provided independently by the connected service, it does not assume warranty responsibility for such transactions. 

Article 22 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use) 
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the service belong to the service. 
② Users may not use information obtained by using the service, of which intellectual property rights belong to the service, for profit purposes or allow third parties to use such information by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the service. 
③ When the service uses copyrights belonging to users according to the agreement, it must notify the relevant users. 

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution) 
① The Service establishes and operates a compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damages. 
② The Service gives priority to complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the Service will immediately notify the user of the reason and processing schedule. 
③ In the event of a request for damage relief from a user in relation to an e-commerce dispute that has arisen between the Service and the user, the dispute may be subject to the mediation of a dispute resolution agency commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the city/provincial governor. 

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) 
① Litigation regarding e-commerce disputes that have arisen between the Service and the user shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court with jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, or if there is no address, the place of residence. However, if the user's address or residence is unclear at the time of filing, or if the user is a foreign resident, the case shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. 
② Korean law shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Service and the user. 

Article 25 (Points Payment) 
①When you write down the user ID that recommended the service to the friend you recommended when signing up for membership and make a purchase, 1% of the purchase cost will be provided as points to the user. (Points will not be provided to the recommended user.) 
②Points will be provided within 7 days after the purchase of the user who was recommended the service. 
③If there is a user who writes down his/her ID and uses the service, points will be provided for life while the purchase is being made. 
④The % ratio for rewards may vary. In case of changes, it will be announced in a place where users can check, such as a notice.


[이용약관]

제1조(목적)
이 약관은 (주)나로수(전자상거래 사업자)가 운영하는 ChatMall 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”라 한다)를 이용함에 있어 사이버 몰과 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조(정의)
①“ChatMall” 이란 재화 또는 용역(이하 “재화등”이라 함)을 이용자에게 제공하기 위하여 컴퓨터등 정보통신설비를 이용하여 재화등을 거래할 수 있도록 설정한 인터넷쇼핑몰을 의미한다.
②“이용자”란 서비스에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.
③‘회원’이라 함은 서비스에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원등록을 한 자로서, 서비스의 정보를 지속적으로 제공받으며, 서비스가 제공하는 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
④‘비회원’이라 함은 회원에 가입하지 않고 서비스가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관등의 명시와 설명 및 개정)
①서비스는 이 약관의 내용과 상호 및 대표자 성명, 영업소 소재지 주소(소비자의 불만을 처리할 수 있는 곳의 주소를 포함), 전화번호, 비밀번호 이메일주소, 사업자등록번호, 통신판매업신고번호, 개인정보관리책임자등을 이용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 ChatMall 사이버몰의 초기 서비스화면(전면)에 게시합니다. 다만, 약관의 내용은 이용자가 연결화면을 통하여 볼 수 있도록 할 수 있습니다.
②이용자가 약관에 동의하기에 앞서 약관에 정해져 있는 내용 중 청약철회, 배송책임, 환불조건 등과 같은 중요한 내용을 이용자가 이해할 수 있도록 별도의 연결화면 또는 팝업화면 등을 제공하여 이용자의 확인을 구하여야 합니다.

③서비스는 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 약관의 규제에 관한 법률, 전자거래기본법, 전자서명법, 정보통신망이용촉진등에 관한 법률, 방문판매 등에 관한 법률, 소비자보호법 등 관련법을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
④서비스가 약관을 개정할 경우에는 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 현행약관과 함께 몰의 초기화면에 그 적용일자 7일이전부터 적용일자 전일까지 공지합니다.
다만, 이용자에게 불리하게 약관내용을 변경하는 경우에는 최소한 30일 이상의 사전 유예기간을 두고 공지합니다. 이 경우 "몰“은 개정전 내용과 개정후 내용을 명확하게 비교하여 이용자가 알기 쉽도록 표시합니다.
⑤서비스가 약관을 개정할 경우에는 그 개정약관은 그 적용일자 이후에 체결되는 계약에만 적용되고 그 이전에 이미 체결된 계약에 대해서는 개정전의 약관조항이 그대로 적용됩니다. 다만 이미 계약을 체결한 이용자가 개정약관 조항의 적용을 받기를 원하는 뜻을 제3항에 의한 개정약관의 공지기간내에 서비스에 송신하여 서비스의 동의를 받은 경우에는 개정약관 조항이 적용됩니다.
⑥이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률, 약관의 규제등에 관한 법률, 공정거래위원회가 정하는 전자상거래등에서의소비자보호지침 및 관계법령 또는 상관례에 따릅니다.

제4조(서비스의 제공 및 변경)
①서비스는 다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다.
1. 재화 또는 용역에 대한 정보 제공 및 구매계약의 체결
2. 구매계약이 체결된 재화 또는 용역의 배송
3. 기타 서비스가 정하는 업무
②서비스는 재화 또는 용역의 품절 또는 기술적 사양의 변경 등의 경우에는 장차 체결되는 계약에 의해 제공할 재화 또는 용역의 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이 경우에는 변경된 재화 또는 용역의 내용 및 제공일자를 명시하여 현재의 재화 또는 용역의 내용을 게시한 곳에 즉시 공지합니다.
③서비스가 제공하기로 이용자와 계약을 체결한 서비스의 내용을 재화등의 품절 또는 기술적 사양의 변경 등의 사유로 변경할 경우에는 그 사유를 이용자에게 통지 가능한 주소로 즉시 통지합니다.
④전항의 경우 서비스는 이로 인하여 이용자가 입은 손해를 배상합니다. 다만, 서비스가 고의 또는 과실이 없음을 입증하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제5조(서비스의 중단)
①서비스는 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비의 보수점검, 교체 및 고장, 통신의 두절 등의 사유가 발생한 경우에는 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
②서비스는 제1항의 사유로 서비스의 제공이 일시적으로 중단됨으로 인하여 이용자 또는 제3자가 입은 손해에 대하여 배상합니다. 단, 서비스가 고의 또는 과실이 없음을 입증하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.
③사업종목의 전환, 사업의 포기, 업체간의 통합 등의 이유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없게 되는 경우에는 서비스는 제8조에 정한 방법으로 이용자에게 통지하고 당초 서비스에서 제시한 조건에 따라 소비자에게 보상합니다. 다만, 서비스가 보상기준 등을 고지하지 아니한 경우에는 이용자들의 마일리지 또는 적립금 등을 서비스에서 통용되는 통화가치에 상응하는 현물 또는 현금으로 이용자에게 지급합니다.

제6조(회원가입)
①이용자는 서비스가 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입한 후 이 약관에 동의한다는 의사표시를 함으로서 회원가입을 신청합니다.
②서비스는 제1항과 같이 회원으로 가입할 것을 신청한 이용자 중 다음 각호에 해당하지 않는 한 회원으로 등록합니다.
1. 가입신청자가 이 약관 제7조제3항에 의하여 이전에 회원자격을 상실한 적이 있는 경우, 다만 제7조제3항에 의한 회원자격 상실후 3년이 경과한 자로서 서비스의 회원재가입 승낙을 얻은 경우에는 예외로 한다.
2. 등록 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우
3. 기타 회원으로 등록하는 것이 서비스의 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단되는 경우
③회원가입계약의 성립시기는 서비스의 승낙이 회원에게 도달한 시점으로 합니다.
④회원은 제15조제1항에 의한 등록사항에 변경이 있는 경우, 즉시 전자우편 및 기타 방법으로 서비스에 대하여 그 변경사항을 알려야 합니다.

제7조(회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실 등)
①회원은 서비스에 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며 서비스는 즉시 회원탈퇴를 처리합니다.
②회원이 다음 각호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 서비스는 회원자격을 제한 및 정지시킬 수 있습니다.
1. 가입 신청시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우
2. 서비스를 이용하여 구입한 재화등의 대금, 기타 서비스이용에 관련하여 회원이 부담하는 채무를 기일에 지급하지 않는 경우
3. 다른 사람의 서비스 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 전자상거래 질서를 위협하는 경우
4. 서비스를 이용하여 법령 또는 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우
③서비스가 회원 자격을 제한, 정지 시킨후, 동일한 행위가 2회이상 반복되거나 30일이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 서비스는 회원자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
④서비스가 회원자격을 상실시키는 경우에는 회원등록을 말소합니다. 이 경우 회원에게 이를 통지하고, 회원등록 말소전에 최소한 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 소명할 기회를 부여합니다.

제8조(회원에 대한 통지)
①서비스가 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우, 회원이 서비스와 미리 약정하여 지정한 전자우편 주소로 할 수 있습니다.
②서비스는 불특정다수 회원에 대한 통지의 경우 1주일이상 서비스 게시판에 게시함으로서 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다. 다만, 회원 본인의 거래와 관련하여 중대한 영향을 미치는 사항에 대하여는 개별통지를 합니다.

제9조(구매신청)
서비스이용자는 서비스상에서 다음 또는 이와 유사한 방법에 의하여 구매를 신청하며, 서비스는 이용자가 구매신청을 함에 있어서 다음의 각 내용을 알기 쉽게 제공하여야 합니다. 단, 회원인 경우 제2호 내지 제4호의 적용을 제외할 수 있습니다.
1. 재화등의 검색 및 선택
2. 성명, 주소, 전화번호, 전자우편주소(또는 이동전화번호) 등의 입력
3. 약관내용, 청약철회권이 제한되는 서비스, 배송료, 설치비 등의 비용부담과 관련한 내용에 대한 확인
4. 이 약관에 동의하고 위 3.호의 사항을 확인하거나 거부하는 표시(예, 마우스 클릭)
5. 재화등의 구매신청 및 이에 관한 확인 또는 서비스의 확인에 대한 동의
6. 결제방법의 선택

제10조 (계약의 성립)
①서비스는 제9조와 같은 구매신청에 대하여 다음 각호에 해당하면 승낙하지 않을 수 있습니다. 다만, 미성년자와 계약을 체결하는 경우에는 법정대리인의 동의를 얻지 못하면 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인이 계약을 취소할 수 있다는 내용을 고지하여야 합니다.
1. 신청 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우
2. 미성년자가 담배, 주류등 청소년보호법에서 금지하는 재화 및 용역을 구매하는 경우
3. 기타 구매신청에 승낙하는 것이 서비스 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단하는 경우
②서비스의 승낙이 제12조제1항의 수신확인통지형태로 이용자에게 도달한 시점에 계약이 성립한 것으로 봅니다.
③서비스의 승낙의 의사표시에는 이용자의 구매 신청에 대한 확인 및 판매가능 여부, 구매신청의 정정 취소등에 관한 정보등을 포함하여야 합니다.

제11조(지급방법)
서비스에서 구매한 재화 또는 용역에 대한 대금지급방법은 다음 각호의 방법중 가용한 방법으로 할 수 있습니다. 단, 서비스는 이용자의 지급방법에 대하여 재화 등의 대금에 어떠한 명목의 수수료도 추가하여 징수할 수 없습니다.
1. 폰뱅킹, 인터넷뱅킹, 메일 뱅킹 등의 각종 계좌이체
2. 서비스가 지급한 포인트에 의한 결제

제12조(수신확인통지, 구매신청 변경 및 취소)
①서비스는 이용자의 구매신청이 있는 경우 이용자에게 수신확인통지를 합니다.
②수신확인통지를 받은 이용자는 의사표시의 불일치등이 있는 경우에는 수신확인통지를 받은 후 즉시 구매신청 변경 및 취소를 요청할 수 있고 서비스는 배송전에 이용자의 요청이 있는 경우에는 지체없이 그 요청에 따라 처리하여야 합니다. 다만 이미 대금을 지불한 경우에는 제15조의 청약철회 등에 관한 규정에 따릅니다.

제13조(재화등의 공급)
①서비스는 이용자와 재화등의 공급시기에 관하여 별도의 약정이 없는 이상, 이용자가 청약을 한 날부터 7일 이내에 재화 등을 배송할 수 있도록 주문제작, 포장 등 기타의 필요한 조치를 취합니다. 다만, 서비스가 이미 재화 등의 대금의 전부 또는 일부를 받은 경우에는 대금의 전부 또는 일부를 받은 날부터 2영업일 이내에 조치를 취합니다. 이때 서비스는 이용자가 재화등의 공급 절차 및 진행 사항을 확인할 수 있도록 적절한 조치를 합니다.
②서비스는 이용자가 구매한 재화에 대해 배송수단, 수단별 배송비용 부담자, 수단별 배송기간 등을 명시합니다. 만약 서비스가 약정 배송기간을 초과한 경우에는 그로 인한 이용자의 손해를 배상하여야 합니다. 다만 서비스가 고의, 과실이 없음을 입증한 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제14조(환급)
서비스는 이용자가 구매신청한 재화등이 품절 등의 사유로 인도 또는 제공을 할 수 없을 때에는 지체없이 그 사유를 이용자에게 통지하고 사전에 재화 등의 대금을 받은 경우에는 대금을 받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 환급하거나 환급에 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

제15조(청약철회 등)
①서비스와 재화등의 구매에 관한 계약을 체결한 이용자는 수신확인의 통지를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에는 청약의 철회를 할 수 있습니다.
②이용자는 재화등을 배송받은 경우 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 경우에는 반품 및 교환을 할 수 없습니다.
1. 이용자에게 책임 있는 사유로 재화 등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우(다만, 재화 등의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 포장 등을 훼손한 경우에는 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다)
2. 이용자의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 재화 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
3. 시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 재화등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
4. 같은 성능을 지닌 재화등으로 복제가 가능한 경우 그 원본인 재화 등의 포장을 훼손한 경우
③제2항제2호 내지 제4호의 경우에 서비스가 사전에 청약철회 등이 제한되는 사실을 소비자가 쉽게 알 수 있는 곳에 명기하거나 시용상품을 제공하는 등의 조치를 하지 않았다면 이용자의 청약철회등이 제한되지 않습니다.
④이용자는 제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 불구하고 재화등의 내용이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약내용과 다르게 이행된 때에는 당해 재화등을 공급받은 날부터 3월이내, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 청약철회 등을 할 수 있습니다.

제16조(청약철회 등의 효과)
①서비스는 이용자로부터 재화 등을 반환받은 경우 3영업일 이내에 이미 지급받은 재화등의 대금을 환급합니다. 이 경우 서비스가 이용자에게 재화등의 환급을 지연한 때에는 그 지연기간에 대하여 공정거래위원회가 정하여 고시하는 지연이자율을 곱하여 산정한 지연이자를 지급합니다.
②서비스는 위 대금을 환급함에 있어서 이용자가 계좌이체 등의 결제수단으로 재화등의 대금을 지급한 때에는 지체없이 당해 결제수단을 제공한 사업자로 하여금 재화등의 대금의 청구를 정지 또는 취소하도록 요청합니다.
③청약철회등의 경우 공급받은 재화등의 반환에 필요한 비용은 이용자가 부담합니다. 서비스는 이용자에게 청약철회등을 이유로 위약금 또는 손해배상을 청구하지 않습니다. 다만 재화등의 내용이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 계약내용과 다르게 이행되어 청약철회등을 하는 경우 재화등의 반환에 필요한 비용은 서비스가 부담합니다.
④이용자가 재화등을 제공받을때 발송비를 부담한 경우에 서비스는 청약철회시 그 비용을 누가 부담하는지를 이용자가 알기 쉽도록 명확하게 표시합니다.

제17조(개인정보보호)
①서비스는 이용자의 정보수집시 구매계약 이행에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다. 다음 사항을 필수사항으로 하며 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 합니다.
1. 성명
2. 주소
3. 전화번호
4. 희망ID
5. 비밀번호
6. 이메일주소
②서비스가 이용자의 개인식별이 가능한 개인정보를 수집하는 때에는 반드시 당해 이용자의 동의를 받습니다.
③제공된 개인정보는 당해 이용자의 동의없이 목적외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며, 이에 대한 모든 책임은 서비스가 집니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
1. 배송업무상 배송업체에게 배송에 필요한 최소한의 이용자의 정보(성명, 주소, 전화번호)를 알려주는 경우.
2. 통계작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 필요한 경우로서 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 제공하는 경우.
3. 재화등의 거래에 따른 대금정산을 위하여 필요한 경우.
4. 도용방지를 위하여 본인확인에 필요한 경우.
5. 법률의 규정 또는 법률에 의하여 필요한 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우.
④서비스가 제2항과 제3항에 의해 이용자의 동의를 받아야 하는 경우에는 개인정보관리 책임자의 신원(소속, 성명 및 전화번호, 기타 연락처), 정보의 수집목적 및 이용목적, 제3자에 대한 정보제공 관련사항(제공받은자, 제공목적 및 제공할 정보의 내용) 등 정보통신망이용촉진등에관한법률 제22조제2항이 규정한 사항을 미리 명시하거나 고지해야 하며 이용자는 언제든지 이 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
⑤이용자는 언제든지 서비스가 가지고 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람 및 오류정정을 요구할 수 있으며 서비스는 이에 대해 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취할 의무를 집니다. 이용자가 오류의 정정을 요구한 경우에는 서비스는 그 오류를 정정할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
⑥서비스는 개인정보 보호를 위하여 관리자를 한정하여 그 수를 최소화하며 신용카드, 은행계좌 등을 포함한 이용자의 개인정보의 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 등으로 인한 이용자의 손해에 대하여 모든 책임을 집니다.
⑦서비스 또는 그로부터 개인정보를 제공받은 제3자는 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적을 달성한 때에는 당해 개인정보를 지체없이 파기합니다.

제18조(서비스의 의무)
①서비스는 법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 미풍양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 이 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고, 안정적으로 재화, 용역을 제공하는데 최선을 다하여야 합니다.
②서비스는 이용자가 안전하게 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 이용자의 개인정보(신용정보 포함)보호를 위한 보안 시스템을 갖추어야 합니다.
③서비스가 상품이나 용역에 대하여 「표시, 광고의공정화에관한법률」 제3조 소정의 부당한 표시, 광고행위를 함으로써 이용자가 손해를 입은 때에는 이를 배상할 책임을 집니다.
④서비스는 이용자가 원하지 않는 영리목적의 광고성 전자우편을 발송하지 않습니다.

제19조(회원의 ID 및 비밀번호에 대한 의무)
①제17조의 경우를 제외한 ID와 비밀번호에 관한 관리책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
②회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.
③회원이 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 도난당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는 바로 서비스에 통보하고 서비스의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다.

제20조(이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다.
1. 신청 또는 변경시 허위 내용의 등록
2. 타인의 정보 도용
3. 서비스에 게시된 정보의 변경
4. 서비스가 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등) 등의 송신 또는 게시
5. 서비스 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권에 대한 침해
6. 서비스 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
7. 외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지, 화상, 음성, 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 몰에 공개 또는 게시하는 행위

제21조(연결서비스와 피연결서비스 간의 관계)
①상위 서비스와 하위 서비스가 하이퍼 링크(예: 하이퍼 링크의 대상에는 문자, 그림 및 동화상 등이 포함됨)방식 등으로 연결된 경우, 전자를 연결 서비스(웹 사이트)이라고 하고 후자를 피연결 서비스(웹사이트)이라고 합니다.
②연결서비스는 피연결서비스가 독자적으로 제공하는 재화등에 의하여 이용자와 행하는 거래에 대해서 보증책임을 지지 않는다는 뜻을 연결서비스의 초기화면 또는 연결되는 시점의 팝업화면으로 명시한 경우에는 그 거래에 대한 보증책임을 지지 않습니다.

제22조(저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한)
①서비스가 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 서비스에 귀속합니다.
②이용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보 중 서비스에게 지적재산권이 귀속된 정보를 서비스의 사전 승낙없이 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안됩니다.
③서비스는 약정에 따라 이용자에게 귀속된 저작권을 사용하는 경우 당해 이용자에게 통보하여야 합니다.

제23조(분쟁해결)
①서비스는 이용자가 제기하는 정당한 의견이나 불만을 반영하고 그 피해를 보상처리하기 위하여 피해보상처리기구를 설치, 운영합니다.
②서비스는 이용자로부터 제출되는 불만사항 및 의견은 우선적으로 그 사항을 처리합니다. 다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 이용자에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 즉시 통보해 드립니다.
③서비스와 이용자간에 발생한 전자상거래 분쟁과 관련하여 이용자의 피해구제신청이 있는 경우에는 공정거래위원회 또는 시·도지사가 의뢰하는 분쟁조정기관의 조정에 따를 수 있습니다.

제24조(재판권 및 준거법)
①서비스와 이용자간에 발생한 전자상거래 분쟁에 관한 소송은 제소 당시의 이용자의 주소에 의하고, 주소가 없는 경우에는 거소를 관할하는 지방법원의 전속관할로 합니다. 다만, 제소 당시 이용자의 주소 또는 거소가 분명하지 않거나 외국 거주자의 경우에는 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기합니다.
②서비스와 이용자간에 제기된 전자상거래 소송에는 한국법을 적용합니다.

제25조(포인트 지급)
①회원가입 시 추천해준 친구에 서비스를 추천해준 이용자 ID를 기록하고 구매하면, 해당 이용자에게 구매한 비용의 1%를 포인트로 제공합니다.(추천받은 이용자에게 포인트는 제공되지 않습니다.)
②포인트 제공은 서비스를 추천받은 이용자의 구매가 이루어진 후 7일 이내 지급됩니다.
③본인의 ID를 적고 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자가 있다면 구매가 이루어지는 동안은 평생 포인트를 제공받을 수 있습니다.
④리워드 제공 %비율은 달라질 수 있습니다. 변경될 경우 공지사항 등 이용자들이 확인할 수 있는곳에 공지합니다.
